Celebrity chef Hilda Baci is celebrating her 30th birthday with a moving reflection on her journey and accomplishments.
In an Instagram post, Baci described entering her thirties as stepping into a “brand-new book,” carrying with her all the lessons, challenges, and successes that have shaped her life.
“This is 30, and it feels like stepping into a brand-new book, not just another chapter.
I carry every lesson, every tear, every win with me, but I walk forward lighter, stronger, and overflowing with gratitude to God. The woman I’ve prayed to be is the woman I’m becoming,” she wrote.
Her birthday comes shortly after she made history by setting a Guinness World Record for preparing the largest serving of Nigerian-style Jollof rice, weighing an astounding 8,000 kilograms in Lagos. The event attracted thousands of spectators and further cemented her status as a culinary innovator.
