Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, managing director and chief executive officer of T.Pumpy Concept, said prospective buyers should take advantage of fresh land sales to enable them build a property of their dreams.

According to the land prices released, 150sqm goes for N5 million, 200sqm goes for N7 million, 300sqm for N10 million while 500sqm is N15 million.

The special land prices regime, the company announced will run from 2nd October to 2nd November, 2026.

Prompt News reports that Karsana Phase 5 is located within the fast-growing Karsana District in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

It’s along the northern expansion and Kubwa Expressway corridor and just about 20 to 27 kilometers (12 to 17 miles) away from the Abuja city center.
