Nigerian music star Okafor Uchenna Victor, widely known as Mr Real, has raised fresh concerns about insecurity after revealing he had a “vivid and unsettling” dream involving bandits invading Lagos.
The singer shared the revelation on his social media pages, noting that the dream felt unusually lifelike.
He explained that in the dream, armed groups were abducting people in different parts of the city.
“My mind has been unsettled since yesterday because of the things I’ve been seeing. I dreamt that bandits entered Lagos. In that dream, they were taking people from clubs and from offices. Since I started having these dreams, about 70% of them have come to pass,” he wrote.

Prompt News reports Mr Real emphasized that his message was not intended to create fear but to encourage residents to remain alert, especially as his past dreams have often played out in real life.
His caution follows a recent warning from the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, who alleged that armed groups had already infiltrated parts of the South-West. Adams mentioned that the attackers had identified Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo, and Lagos as possible targets for coordinated assaults.
