Actor and filmmaker Lateef Adedimeji has expressed heartfelt appreciation to Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, following the governor’s visit to the set of his ongoing movie project in the state.
Taking to Instagram, Adedimeji described the visit as a morale booster for himself, his wife, and the entire cast and crew, noting that the governor’s presence reinforced their commitment to delivering a top-quality production.
According to the actor, the solidarity visit has further inspired the team to produce a film that authentically reflects the culture, history, and heritage of Ekiti people and the wider Yoruba race.
Prompt News reports he praised Governor Oyebanji’s continued encouragement and belief in the project, describing it as a reflection of visionary leadership and genuine dedication to preserving Ekiti’s cultural legacy.
“My wife and I, and the entire production crew and cast were deeply honoured by the solidarity visit of His Excellency, Governor Biodun Oyebanji @biodunaoyebanji to the film location sets of our new project in Ekiti State,” Adedimeji wrote.
