The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, has assured of proper documentation and transparency in its Karsana Phase 3 and 4 property development in Abuja.
He said buyers in the estate are provided with genuine and verifiable Certificates of Occupancy (C of O), describing proper documentation as a key component of its approach to property development.
Adaralegbe, said the company’s objective was to give prospective property buyers greater confidence when acquiring land.
According to him, the development was designed to provide opportunities for Nigerians seeking to acquire land for residential purposes.
His words, “proper documentation is an important component of responsible property development,” adding that the company was committed to transparent transactions.
The Karsana Phase 3 and 4 estate is located in Abuja and, according to the company, has access to existing infrastructure, including tarred roads, street lighting and electricity.
T Pumpy also said the estate’s location, terrain, road access and ongoing development had contributed to interest from prospective buyers within Nigeria and abroad.
The company said it was currently offering 450-square-metre plots for N37.5 million, with the promotional offer scheduled to end on September 25, 2026.
It added that instant allocation was available, subject to the completion of the required transaction processes.
Adaraledge said the company was undertaking additional development within the estate as part of efforts to create a planned residential community.
