Esther Okoronkwo was named Woman of the Match following the Super Falcons 3-2 victory over the Atlas Lionesses of Morocco, Prompt News reports.
The AFC Toronto winger inspired Nigeria’s victory in the encounter.
Okoronkwo registered one goal, and two assists against the Moroccans.
The 27-year-old scored Justine Madugu’s side first goal, and set up Folashade Ijamilusi, and Jennifer Echegini for the second and third goal respectively.
It was the second time she will be picking the Woman of the Match award at the WAFCON 2024 finals.
She was named Woman of the Match in Nigeria’s opening game win against Tunisia.
Okoronkwo finished the competition with two goals, and four assists.
