Victor Osimhen scored his 21st league goal as Galatasaray defeated Samsunspor 2-0 on Friday night, Prompt News reports.
The Nigeria international hit target one minute after the break against the hosts.
Yunus Akgun had opened scoring for Galatasaray in the 14th minute.
Osimhen has so far racked up 29 goals and five assists in 33 appearances across all competitions for Okan Buruk’s side this season.
The 26-year-old was replaced by Alvaro Morata 14 minutes from time.
The Yellow Reds are now six points ahead of closest rivals Fenerbahce, who have an outstanding game.
They remain on course for a third straight championship as well as clinching the Turkish Cup.
