Super Eagles duo Paul Onuachu and Chibuike Nwaiwu were on target in Trabzonspor’s 2-1 victory over Galatasaray at the Papara Park on Saturday.
Onuachu scored the game’s curtain raiser in the third minute.
The tall striker nodded home Wagner Pina’s superb cross.
It was Onuachu 22nd league goal of the season, strengthening his position as the top scorer.
Ivory Coast international Wilfried Singho equalised for Galatasaray early in the second half.
However, Nwaiwu netted the winning goal two minutes after the hour mark, heading home Anthony Nwakaeme’s well-delivered free-kick.
Nwaiwu, who joined Trabzonspor in January has scored three goals for the Black Sea Storm.
