Nigeria’s fastest-growing real estate developer, T.Pumpy Concept Limited, owners of T.Pumpy Estates is still selling Katampe Estate Phase II at a special promo price.
The real estate company with its headquarters in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja, announced the special promo early this year running from January 2 to February 10, 2025.
The prices for the three categories of land also attract donation of blocks to enable instant construction works.
For the 500sqm, the price is N19.999 million with 2,000 blocks. The 300sqm goes for NN14.5 million with 1,500 blocks while 200sqm with 1,000 blocks sells for N9.999 million.
T.Pumpy management says interested subscribers can still take advantage of the special offer to own a land at Katampe Estate II, within the next five days.
Recall that T.Pumpy’s team led by its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, just returned from Pretoria, South Africa, where he marketed investment in property business to Nigerians in that country.
