Afrobeats superstar Davido has unfollowed Nigerian media mogul Dele Momodu on Instagram, a move that has stirred fresh conversations online about the growing rift between the singer and the Momodu family.
The social media action, which occurred on February 20, 2026, followed Momodu’s recent public remarks about Davido’s private affairs, particularly the ongoing custody battle involving his daughter, Imade.
The unfollow has been widely interpreted as a sign of deepening tension and a possible breakdown in behind-the-scenes communication.
Momodu, who is currently in Liberia, had earlier shared a post revealing that fans urged him to step in and help resolve the dispute.
He assured them that discussions were ongoing privately and that the situation was under control.
