            Veteran Nollywood actor, Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, has reportedly died after battling cancer.

            The actor’s death was announced on Sunday by one of his daughters in a post shared on Instagram.

            The development comes just days after his daughters disclosed that the veteran actor was battling stage four cancer.

            Hassan, who has enjoyed a distinguished career in the Nigerian film industry, was widely recognised for his memorable performances in Yoruba-language movies and his contributions to the growth of Nollywood.

            The details surrounding his death were not immediately disclosed as of the time of filing this report.
