Damilola Basirat Ayinde Marshal, daughter of Fuji legend Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, has reacted to reports linking her romantically with Nigerian singer Asake.
The speculation began after Damilola, who serves as the Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Tourism, Arts and Culture, shared a photo of herself with the award-winning artiste at an event.
She accompanied the post with the caption, “Mr Money and Mrs Money,” which quickly sparked dating rumours across social media.
Addressing the claims, the celebrity lawyer clarified that the photo was taken during her first-ever meeting with Asake and insisted that there was no romantic relationship between them.

“Guys, that was my first time meeting him [Asake], so I took a picture. Do not believe blogs, they can do anything for traffic,” Miss Marshall wrote on her Instagram page.
Prompt News reports Asake, who is known for keeping his personal life away from the public eye, has not confirmed being in any relationship since his reported split from his Gambian girlfriend, Madame Mystique, in 2014.
