Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets are ready for battle at the 2025 WAFU B U-17 Boys Tournament after passing the mandatory Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) tests, Prompt News reports.
The tests were conducted on the players in the early hours of Thursday by the CAF Medical Team.
The competition will kick off on Saturday (today) with the opening fixture between hosts Cote d’Ivoire and Niger.
Nigeria will take on Benin Republic in their opening fixture of the competition at the Stade Lycee Scientifique , Yamoussoukro next week Wednesday.
Burkina Faso are the other team in the group.The Golden Eaglets finished third at the last edition of the competition.
