Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle has kept faith with his starting X1 that defeated Rwanda 2-0 in Kigali for Tuesday’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matchday six encounter against Zimbabwe, Prompt News reports.
Reliable goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali remains in goal for the Group C encounter.
Captain William Troost-Ekong, Calvin Bassey, Ola Aina and Bright Osayi-Samuel will feature in defence.
Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi and Alex Iwobi get the nod to start in midfield again.
Samuel Chukwueze,who struggled to shine against the Amavubi will play on the wings alongside Moses Simon.
Galatasaray hitman Victor Osimhen, who bagged a brace versus Rwanda, will lead the attack, and will be supported by Ademola Lookman.
