Dr. Sandra Duru, a United States-based activist, has made explosive claims against suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, accusing her of attempting to bribe her with N200 million to falsely accuse Senate President Godswill Akpabio of organ harvesting.

During a live Facebook session on Thursday, Duru popularly known as Prof. Mgbeke, presented phone conversations between herself and Akpoti-Uduaghan, which she has submitted to relevant authorities for forensic analysis.

Duru, who is also a journalist and activist, shared call logs and WhatsApp messages to refute Akpoti-Uduaghan’s earlier statement that they had never communicated.

She went on to accuse the embattled senator of trying to manipulate the truth behind the sexual harassment allegations against Akpabio.

Duru claimed that when Akpoti-Uduaghan’s initial attempts to accuse Akpabio of harassment failed, she offered to link him to a fabricated organ harvesting scandal in exchange for financial compensation.

In the broadcast, Duru described Natasha as a “pathological liar” and stressed that there was no evidence supporting her allegations.

Duru also accused Natasha of trying to destabilize the political landscape by undermining Akpabio.

According to Duru, the senator’s true objective was not just to accuse Akpabio but to disrupt the Yoruba government and weaken the political structure.

“I confronted Natasha about her lies,” Duru stated. “She admitted there was no evidence of harassment and made it clear that she was pursuing this agenda for her own gain.”

Duru went on to reveal that Natasha had claimed the real goal of her attacks was to ensure that the presidency of Nigeria would not be held by the Yoruba people for more than four years.

Duru’s broadcast also highlighted the death of a young woman named Umoren, whose case Natasha allegedly claimed to know details about, but Duru said Natasha had stayed silent on the matter for years. An autopsy revealed no signs of organ harvesting, debunking any such claims.

The activist also stated that Natasha had been promised the governorship of Kogi State or a ministerial position if she succeeded in removing Akpabio from his post.

Duru’s accusations paint a picture of a highly calculated effort to destabilize the government, using false allegations to achieve personal and political goals.

Duru called on the Nigerian Police, as well as international security agencies, to investigate Natasha’s role in spreading these false allegations, urging swift action to hold her accountable for her actions.
