Super Eagles winger Ademola Lookman will wear the jersey number 11 at Atletico Madrid for the 2026/27 season, Prompt News Online reports.
Lookman arrived the LaLiga giants from Serie A club Atalanta in January.
The 28-year-old wore the number 22 shirt during his first six months at the Metropolitano Stadium.
The Nigerian takes over the shirt previously worn by Argentina midfielder, Thiago Almada, who recently completed a move to River Plate.
It would be recalled that the tricky winger also worn similar number during his stint with Atletico Madrid.
Lookman registered nine goals and four assists in 24 appearances across all competitions for Atletico last season.
