Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has confirmed that she has accepted the apology offered by Pastor Chris Okafor, the founder of Grace Nation Bible Ministry, following their recent public dispute.
Taking to Facebook on Sunday, Ogala reacted to a video showing the cleric asking for forgiveness, stating that his apology was all she had been seeking.
“Pastor Chris please don’t kneel. This was all I wanted. Apology accepted,” the actress wrote.
Earlier, Ogala had shared a video clip in which Pastor Chris was seen kneeling before members of his congregation while expressing regret over what he described as past mistakes.

The apology followed allegations previously made by the actress, who accused the cleric of ending their relationship and choosing another woman despite allegedly promising to marry her.
In the video, Pastor Chris addressed the controversy, insisting that several of the claims made against him were inaccurate, but still admitting that his actions may have hurt people.
“I am not joining issues,” he said, referring directly to Doris Ogala. “Mistakes have been made in the past, and I tender my apology to everybody. But everything that was said is not true. There are so many lies in most of the things that were said.”
Despite disputing parts of the allegations, the pastor said he was prepared to make peace and take responsibility where necessary, including offering restitution.
“To Doris Ogala, I will apologize, and I also apologize to everyone. I am ready to make a restitution to anyone and anybody, any lady, anywhere I’ve offended.”
“I’m kneeling down before everyone and before the church. Forgive me. You can judge me. Pray for me,” he added.
Prompt News reports the exchange has continued to generate reactions online, with many social media users weighing in on the apology and Ogala’s decision to accept it.
