Edo Queens head coach Moses Aduku says his side will approach their next game against FC Masar like a ”World Cup final”.
The two sides will clash in a Group B game at the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League on Wednesday.
Prompt News reports that the Nigerian champions defeated CBE FC of Ethiopia 3-0 in their opening fixture.
FC Masar on the hand stunned Mamelodi Sundowns 1-0 in their first game.
“Them (FC Masar) defeating the champions (Mamelodi Sundowns) has certainly given them confidence, but we are not here to undermine any team,” Aduku told CAF’s official website.
‘” What I have told my team is that every team that is here are potential champions and we have to play every game like it is a cup final.”
