Apparently basking in the euphoria of the well-attended and colourful birthday bash to celebrate his 40th birthday and 66th birthday of his father, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, has directed that prices of land across board be slashed forthwith.
The gesture he says is in appreciation of the large turnout at the birthday party held in Abuja on Saturday, July 16, 2022.
He recalled also that prior to the Day, he had received donations in various forms from business associates, ambassadors, subscribers and well-wishers that made the birthday bash a colourful and successful one.
According to Mr. Adaralegbe, the only way he could show appreciation is to crash the prices of land available at T.Pumpy Estates across the Federal Capital Territory, Ekiti and Oyo States.
He promised to continue to do his best to ensure that more Nigerians who desire to own property have access to affordable lands to realize their dreams.
