Super Eagles head coach Éric Chelle has included Yira Collins Sor and Tijani Al-Ameen to the squad for the Unity Cup, Prompt News Online reports.
KRC Genk winger Sor was previously included in Nigeria’s squad for the March international friendlies against Iran and Jordan.
He made his debut for the three-time African champions in the 2-2 draw against Jordan.
Defender Al-Ameen earned his invitation following a string of impressive performances for Shooting Stars in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season.
Chelle had initially unveiled a 27-man squad for the invitational tournament on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, AIK winger Zadok Yohanna will miss the competition after his Swedish club refused to release him for the tournament.
The Super Eagles coach is expected to depart Abuja for London on Friday morning alongside the home-based players and members of his backroom staff.
Nigeria will take on Zimbabwe’s Warriors in the semi-final at the Valley next Tuesday. The winner of the encounter will face either India or Jamaica in the final scheduled for Saturday, May 30.
