Manchester United defeated Burnley 3-2 in a thrilling Premier League encounter at the Old Trafford on Saturday.
Manager Ruben Amorim was under pressure following midweek’s Carabao Cup defeat to League Two outfit to Grimsby Town.
United started on the strong foot, and went in front on the 23rd minute after Josh Cullen diverted the ball into his own net.
The Red Devils maintained the lead for the remainder of the first half.
Lyle Forster levelled for the visitors 10 minutes after the break.
The home team regained the lead through Bryan Mbeumo just two minutes later.
Burnley fought their way back in the 66th minute with Jaidon Anthony firing home from close range.
Bruno Fernandes scored the decisive goal for United from the penalty spot in stoppage time.
