Chiamaka Nnadozie has been shortlisted for the Barclays Women’s Super League (WSL) Save of the Season award following her superb stop in Brighton & Hove Albion’s 1-1 draw against Liverpool last November, Prompt News reports.
The Nigeria international earned the nomination after brilliantly tipping Fuka Nagano’s long-range effort onto the crossbar in the fiercely contested encounter.
The stunning save also saw the 25-year-old claim the WSL Save of the Month award for November 2025.
Nnadozie has enjoyed an impressive campaign with Brighton, with her commanding presence and sharp reflexes making her one of the club’s key performers this season.
The shot stopper joined the Seagulls on a free transfer last summer after ending her stay with French side Paris FC.
Other goalkeepers nominated for the award include Manchester City’s Ayaka Yamashita, Leicester City’s Janina Leitzig, Arsenal duo Daphne van Domselaar and Anneke Borbe, as well as London City Lionesses goalkeeper Elene Lete.
