            Top real estate developer in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja, T.Pumpy Concept Limited, has announced mouth-watering packages for the new year in pursuit of its vision to ensure thousands of people have property of their own in 2023.

            Recall that the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T. Pumpy Concept, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, had in his New Year message promised better deals.

            Therefore, the estate firm that prides itself as ‘Developer that Cares’ has extended the promo on the Airport Modern City, Kiyami, along Umar Musa Yar’ Adua airport expressway as well as Aso Rock gateway Estate, along Kubwa – Abuja expressway till April 20, 2022.

            Also, the 50% discount promo on Idu land continues as well as 40% discount on Kiyami and Kubwa land.

            T.Pumpy boss said prospective subscribers in Ekiti, Ibadan and Ilorin could take advantage of the new packages for this year. 

            In Ekiti and Ibadan, interested subscribers could pay N700,000 and get 20 bags of cement.

            In Ilorin, land in three locations are selling fast. For Oke Oyi, you can pay N450,000 and get 10 bags of cement.

            For land in Oko Olowo, you can pay N70,000 and pay N20,000 monthly spread across 20 months.

            Also, those who want to invest for the future could land banking in Elemere by paying N199,000 for 500sqm and N120,000 for 300sqm.
