Nollywood actress and filmmaker Etinosa Idemudia has expressed deep disappointment after her movie, SECRET KEEPER, was unexpectedly removed from YouTube following a copyright claim she says is invalid.
Sharing her frustration on Instagram, Etinosa revealed that she poured her “ideas, money, time, sweat, and every piece” of herself into the project, only for it to be taken down by an entity she insists had no authority to make the claim.
She directly addressed the company behind the copyright strike, Diamond Films, questioning their motives. “‘Diamond Films’, I don’t know who you are, and I’m dying to know why you will do such a wicked thing to me,” she wrote.
For Etinosa, the film represented much more than a production; it was the culmination of years of vision, months of work, and countless sleepless nights. She admitted the removal of the movie left her emotional, adding, “I’m so hurt because this project isn’t just a video to me, it’s years of dreaming, months of work, sleepless nights, and everything I had to give. To see it removed so cruelly… I’m fighting tears.”

“I want you all to know this isn’t the end. I’m fighting to get our movie back,” she said, emphasizing the role of her supporters in keeping her motivated. She concluded with a note of unwavering determination: “No matter how hard this gets, I won’t stop. This film will come back, so help me God.”
