Nollywood actress Lizzy Gold has called on the public to prioritise their parents and show them love while they are still alive.
In a post shared on Instagram, she encouraged people to regularly check on their parents and not take their presence for granted, stressing that life is not permanent.
Prompt News reports she noted that after the loss of her father, her mother has become her only surviving parent, adding that she treats their relationship with utmost importance.
According to her, she never ignores calls from her mother and always responds immediately whenever she misses one.

“Call your parents now .. check up on them and show them love they won’t remain with you forever …my mum is all I have got and am not joking with her ..a missed call from her, I’ll leave everything I’m doing to return the call and give her whatever she wants”.
