Frank Onyeka has completed a permanent move to Coventry City, Prompt News Online reports.
The Nigeria international first joined the Sky Blues on loan from Premier League side Brentford in January, and the Championship club have now made the deal permanent following the opening of the summer transfer window.
The 27-year-old enjoyed an impressive spell at Coventry, scoring once in 14 Championship appearances as he helped the club secure promotion back to the Premier League.
On moving to the Coventry Building Society Arena on a permanent basis, Onyeka said: “I’m really excited for the new season with Coventry.
“When I first joined last season, I came here with two goals and that was to win the Championship and help Coventry get promoted to the Premier League.
“I’m really happy to now be a Coventry player back in the Premier League.
“I will give everything to the team, fight for every ball, fight for my teammates and bring my experience.
“My ambition now is to help the Club stay in the Premier League and finish as high as we can.”
Onyeka’s permanent deal will come into effect from Wednesday 1st July.
