In the aftermath, several affected individuals expressed their frustration by targeting local CBEX offices.
In a viral video circulating on social media, a large group is seen raiding the Ibadan office, carting away items such as tables, couches, and other valuables.
The incident highlights the growing tension among users of the failed platform, many of whom say they have received no official explanation or support since the crash.
