One of Nigeria’s top real estate developers, T-Pumpy Concept Limited in 2025, opened a new residential estate in Karsana East, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Precisely on Monday, September 1, 2025, the project was officially launched.
Recall that the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T-Pumpy Concept, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe said this about the new estate: “This project is another important step in our mission to make homeownership affordable and accessible to Nigerians.”
Looking back, Mr. Adaralegbe is excited by the 175% growth recorded in just five (5) months on the land at Karsana East and Karsana West Estates.
According to him, the land that sold for N18 million in October 2025, appreciated to N40 million by January 2026, and by March, it’s now worth N50 million.
In the same vein, Karsana West, which is currently being sold for N15 million, is projected to reach N40 million by May 2026.
Speaking further, T-Pumpy boss pointedly said investing in Karsana East and West is an investment that can never go wrong.
T-Pumpy Concept Limited is a top real estate developer based in Abuja, with over 100 estates in locations across the FCT, Ado-Ekiti, Ibadan, and Ilorin.
