Street-pop singer Portable has explained why he walked out of his celebrity boxing rematch against Nollywood actor Charles Okocha, accusing his opponent of abandoning the rules of boxing.
In a video shared on his Instagram page on Saturday, Portable alleged that Okocha attacked him unfairly during the bout and turned the contest into a wrestling match.
Prompt News reports the singer also displayed what he claimed were injuries on his back and body, alleging that he was bitten during the fight and attacked by more than one person.
“They said he eats Molly. He didn’t see Molly anymore. So he ate my back. Man, he bit me. I landed a heavy hit on him,” Portable said.
He insisted that he was in control of the contest before the incident occurred, maintaining that he landed more punches on Okocha during the opening exchanges.

Portable’s explanation comes a day after he lost the celebrity boxing rematch by disqualification after leaving the ring before the end of the opening round, a decision that handed victory to Okocha.
