Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface is reportedly seeking a loan move away from Bayer Leverkusen ahead of the winter transfer window.
According to Sky Sports, the Nigerian international has informed his representatives of his desire to leave the Bundesliga club in search of regular playing time.
The 24-year-old has struggled to secure a place in Leverkusen’s squad this season, making just a five-minute appearance for Die Werkself.
Boniface spent the previous season on loan at fellow Bundesliga side Werder Bremen.
Despite having a contract with Leverkusen until June 2029, the club are reportedly open to letting the striker leave, either on loan or through a permanent transfer.
