Super Eagles head coach Éric Chelle is set to attend the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Matchday 36 clash between Ikorodu City and Wikki Tourists.
The encounter will take place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos, on Tuesday, May 5.
It was initially slated for Sunday, May 3, but had to be rescheduled due to the Lagos State President Federation Cup final.
Chelle’s presence is part of his plan to scout home-based players ahead of the upcoming Unity Cup, where he has pledged to give NPFL stars an opportunity to feature in the national team.
NPFL top scorer Joseph Arumala is on the books of Ikorodu City.
Nigeria’s Super Eagles will face Zimbabwe’s Warriors in the semi-final of the Unity Cup on Tuesday, May 26.
