Seventeen players are currently in camp in Ikenne as the Super Falcons step up preparations for their upcoming international friendly matches against Senegal, Prompt News Online reports.
The latest arrivals include Christy Ucheibe, Glory Ogbonna, Blessing Nkor, Francisca Ordega, Comfort Erhabor, and Sikiratu Isah, taking the number of players in camp to 17.
The camp officially opened on Sunday, with former African Women’s Player of the Year Asisat Oshoala among the early arrivals alongside Shukurat Oladipo and Kafayat Shittu.
They were joined on Tuesday by Joy Omewa, Oluwatosin Demehin, Toni Payne, Blessing Ilivieda, Folashade Ijamilusi, Anderline Mgbechi, Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene, and Omorinsola Babajide.
Six more players are still expected to arrive as preparations continue for the two friendly matches.
Both fixtures will be played at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, with the first encounter scheduled for Friday and the second set to take place next Monday.
