Tensions have flared between controversial singer Portable and popular skit maker Carter Efe following a disagreement over a ₦10 million fee requested by Portable for a TikTok live appearance.
Carter Efe had reportedly contacted Portable, asking him to feature in one of his live sessions. However, things quickly went downhill after the singer demanded ₦10 million to participate.
Shocked by the demand, Carter took to social media to express his frustration, saying, “How much we dey make for the live stream? I just tire.”

In response, Portable launched into a scathing rant, accusing Carter of trying to take advantage of him just like he allegedly did with his former signee, Young Duu.
“Thief, you ripped my boy. You carry am go Lekki, you no give am food chop, buy am car, or clothes. You wan use me? Bring money first!” the singer lashed out.
He added that Young Duu wouldn’t be in his current situation if he had followed his advice about charging for appearances.
“Na Young Duu no get sense, now dem don use am. I dey tell am that time, when they call you, ask for money,” Portable said.
The clash has sparked heated discussions online, with many fans taking sides in the unfolding drama.
