Victor Osimhen has returned to full training with Galatasaray after recovering from the arm injury he sustained during the club’s UEFA Champions League clash with Liverpool last month, Prompt News reports.
The Nigeria international underwent surgery after the setback and was seen training with his teammates on Wednesday, although his arm was still heavily bandaged.
Osimhen is now expected to make his return when Galatasaray face Gençlerbirliği on Saturday.
Galatasaray have found life difficult without the 27-year-old, losing two of their last three league matches.
Okan Buruk’s side now hold only a two-point advantage over fierce rivals Fenerbahce.
Before his injury, Osimhen had been in impressive form, recording 19 goals and five assists in 29 appearances across all competitions for the Yellow and Reds.
