Nigerian music executive Jude Okoye has joined the call for changes to the country’s electoral system, suggesting that a Bachelor’s degree from a university should be the minimum academic qualification for anyone seeking political office.
Sharing his thoughts via his Instagram story, Okoye—who is the elder brother of the Psquare music duo—questioned the delay in amending the Electoral Act and stressed the need for educated leadership.
