President Bola Ahmed Tinubu reopened the renovated Abuja International Conference Centre (ICC) on Tuesday in Abuja and directed all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to pay for the use of the facility to ensure its upkeep and long-term sustainability.
