Nigerian adult content creator Mandy Kiss has reflected on her current circumstances after returning to her mother’s shop in Ijebu, Ogun State, urging her followers to take lessons from her experience rather than focus on mocking her.
In a video recorded after she returned to the market, Mandy Kiss acknowledged that some people might ridicule her over the situation but said she hoped her experience would serve as a lesson to others.
She admitted responsibility for her past decisions while encouraging people to make choices for themselves and not simply follow the expectations of others.
“You are free to mock me. It is my fault, but learn from my mistakes. Live your life, do you hear?” she said.
The content creator also warned against allowing public opinion to dictate personal decisions. She said people should prioritise their happiness instead of living according to what others expect from them.
“Don’t live other people’s opinions. Your happiness should come first in anything you’re doing. Put yourself first,” she said.
Mandy Kiss maintained that people should pursue activities that bring them fulfilment, even when those choices are opposed by others.
“Anything that makes you happy, do it regardless of whoever is against it. Live your life,” she added.
She also spoke about her return to her family home, recalling how she had contributed to the upkeep of the house when she was financially comfortable.
According to her, those efforts became important when she later needed a place to return to during a difficult period.
“Thank God I did very well at home. That’s why I was able to go back there. If not, where would I be now?” she said.
