The promo dubbed ‘Birnin Zamani’, according to T.Pumpy management runs from 5th of May to 30th of June, 2026.
Speaking about the new WARU-BURUN estate, the firm managing director and chief executive officer, Akintayo Adaralegbe, says it offers unbeatable prices.

The breakdown of the prices shows:
500sqm with actual price of N25 million now goes for a paltry N9,999,999.
Also, 300sqm goes for N7,999,999, down from the actual price of N18 million.
In the sane vein, 200sqm with actual price of N14 million now goes for N4,999,999 promo price.
T.Pumpy boss, Adaralegbe said the WARU-BURUN land comes with a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) issued by the Federal Capital Development Authority, FCDA.
