Christantus Uche won the UEFA Europa Conference League Fans’ Goal of the Season award for the 2025/26 campaign, Prompt News Online reports.
The Nigerian claimed the accolade for his sensational strike in Crystal Palace’s 2-2 draw against Finnish club KuPS Kuopio in December 2025.
Uche’s award-winning effort showcased both exceptional skill and composure. After collecting the ball just outside the penalty area, he glided past his marker with a clever piece of dribbling before unleashing a superb trivela strike that curled beyond the goalkeeper and into the net.
The spectacular goal was one of two Uche scored during Crystal Palace’s triumphant UEFA Europa Conference League campaign, which ended with the Eagles lifting the trophy.
Uche joined Crystal Palace from Spanish club Getafe on a season-long last summer.
The 23-year-old did not feature in the UEFA Europa Conference League during the second half of the season after being left out of Crystal Palace’s squad for the competition.
