The ongoing special offer on T.Pumpy Karsana Phase 3 and 4 in Abuja, is selling fast, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe has said.
The Karsana special offer which started on September 1, 2026, will come to and end on September 25, 2026.
According to the management of T.Pumpy, 450sqm is going for only N37.5 million with a confirmed Certificate of Occupancy issued by the Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA.

The district is divided into four zones: Karsana East, Karsana West, Karsana South, and Karsana North.
