Popular Fuji musician Remi Aluko has disclosed that he is currently battling severe vision loss, saying glaucoma has left him with almost no sight.
He made the revelation during a recent interview on Oyinmomo TV, where he spoke openly about his health condition and how it has affected his life over the years.
According to him, the illness has progressed significantly despite undergoing eye surgery in the past.
“I’m a glaucoma patient. I’m managing myself; I’m currently not seeing. Despite being a glaucoma patient, many people don’t know. There’s no difference between me and a blind person now, but no one knows because I don’t let my condition weigh me down,” he said.
The singer noted that he has learned to cope with the situation and refuses to let it affect his mental well-being.

“Thank God that I know how to take care of myself like someone who can see. I decided not to dwell on my condition because I don’t want to be depressed,” he added.
