Victor Osimhen has once again expressed his admiration for Turkish Super Lig champions, Galatasaray, Prompt News reports.
Osimhen joined the Yellow and Reds on a season-long loan from Napoli last September.
The Nigeria international has scored 33 goals across all competitions for Okan Buruk’s side since his arrival at the club.
“There is a mutual bond, a real sense of belonging between me and Gatalasaray,” he told Galatasaray TV.
“To be honest, I will forever be grateful to Galatasaray.
“I think Galatasaray is the club I have enjoyed the most in my career so far, the club with the most passionate and even most compassionate fans.”
The Nigeria international said he and club complete each other.
“I think we both complete each other because I can find the joy I get from playing football here, doing what I love to do, performing every week for this big club. This love and respect is mutual for both parties,” he remarked.
“Despite what happened in the summer, I gave my message on the pitch to those who did not believe in me.
“It was very important for Galatasaray to be compassionate towards me and give me the opportunity to send a clear message to many people outside, and to use the opportunity to show people who believe in me that I still have this ability in terms of my performance, in order to prove to some people who spoke negatively about me.

“I am still one of the best in my position. I am grateful for the opportunity they gave me. I know they are happy I chose this jersey that day.”
