A heartfelt proposal involving the daughter of former NURTW boss, Musiliu Akisanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, has captured the attention of social media users after a video of the moment went viral.
The touching scene unfolded during her lavish 30th birthday party in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
In clips making the rounds on X (formerly Twitter), her partner pulled off a carefully planned surprise, getting down on one knee to propose, leaving her visibly stunned.
Overwhelmed with emotion, she was seen pacing around the venue before sitting down to collect herself and eventually saying yes.
Following the proposal, she took to Snapchat to share a loving tribute to her fiancé, writing, “I love you my babe. I love you beyond words can explain. I’m thankful to Allah for bringing you into my life. Ever since you found your way into my life, it’s been nothing but happiness and peace. I always thought relationships are hard but you make It so easy and so peaceful. Thank you for everything and for loving me the way you do.”
The proposal drew an outpouring of admiration online, with fans and well-wishers applauding the romantic gesture and congratulating the couple.
