Dutch model Jelicia Westhoff has publicly criticised Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, accusing him of neglecting their son as speculation about his alleged relationship with American rapper Cardi B continues to gain attention.
Rumours of a possible romance between Okoye and Cardi B began after the pair were spotted together at Paris Fashion Week in France, where the Nigerian international was seen helping the rapper to her seat.
Prompt News reports the speculation intensified after they were recently seen dining with friends at Gio’s restaurant inside The St. Regis Hotel in Venice, Italy. The pair were also reportedly among a group that watched a fireworks display later that evening.
Reacting to the reports, Westhoff took to Instagram on Monday, where she shared posts aimed at the footballer.
She reposted videos carrying the captions: “Never force a man to be involved with his children” and “No respect for a deadbeat.”
In a post that was later deleted but circulated widely through screenshots, Westhoff claimed she had kept quiet about issues in their relationship to protect Okoye’s football career.
“Imagine I shut my fking mouth, lied about what YOU did to me, so you could continue YOUR career and all you do is embarrassing US,”** she wrote.
“YOU make me look like I’m a bitter baby mother when I helped you when NO one was there for you!!! … YOU DONT TAKE CARE OF YOUR 1 and only SON! BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO BE WITH YOU I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU.”
Westhoff and Okoye share a son, Emiliano Isaiah.

This is not the first time the Dutch model has publicly accused the Udinese goalkeeper of neglecting his parental responsibilities. In December 2024, she also alleged that he failed to care for their son and treated her disrespectfully.
Neither Okoye nor Cardi B has responded publicly to the dating rumours or Westhoff’s latest allegations.
