A three-storey building collapsed in the Alakija area of Lagos State on Thursday, leaving several people feared trapped beneath the rubble.
The incident, which occurred around 11:40 a.m., threw the neighbourhood into panic as residents and passersby rushed to the scene in a desperate bid to assess the situation.
Witnesses said the structure suddenly gave way, raising concerns that an unknown number of occupants and visitors could be buried under the debris.
