  Telecommunications operators that frustrate porting processes under the ongoing Mobile Number Portability scheme will be fined N200,000 by the Nigerian Communications Commission for each affected subscriber. The Presidency has reacted to the killing of over 40 students and a teacher at a secondary school in Yobe, describing it as wicked, horrific and barbaric.
