The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have emerged from St Mary’s Hospital in west London with their new baby son. Walking out to cheers from staff and well-wishers, Kate cradled her son and said it was “a special time”. Prince William said they were “still working on a name”.  The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) may lower its targeted trading range for the naira as dwindling foreign-exchange reserves and falling oil prices undermine its ability to halt the currency’s slide, FBN Capital Limited has said. Tragedy struck on Monday as 24 passengers lost their lives in two separate auto crashes. Eighteen died in an accident at Okada town, on the Benin-Ore -Lagos expressway, just as another six persons died on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway. Those dead in the Edo  auto crash included two children, 15 adults and a motor-boy of a heavy duty truck.
