Nollywood actress Annie Macaulay has shut down rumours suggesting she has reconciled with her estranged husband, music star 2Baba, after a video of them dancing closely at a nightclub resurfaced online.
The clip, which circulated widely on social media last week, sparked speculation that the former couple had rekindled their relationship, with many questioning whether the footage was recent.
Reacting via her Instagram Story on Monday, Annie clarified that the video was not new and dismissed reports linking it to a possible reunion.
“Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere,” she wrote.

Prompt News reports Annie and 2Baba got married in May 2012 and have two daughters, Isabella and Olivia.
Their marriage ended publicly in January 2025 after the singer announced that they had separated, bringing their 13-year union to an end.
Following the split, 2Baba began a relationship with Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru. He confirmed the romance, proposed to her in February 2025 and the pair later held a private wedding ceremony in July 2025.
The singer has repeatedly insisted that his relationship with Natasha was not responsible for the breakdown of his marriage to Annie.
Annie also publicly confirmed the separation in April 2025. During the 17th edition of The Headies Awards, she introduced herself using her maiden name and revealed that she was single while presenting an award.
