The Super Eagles will hold their first training session in Abidjan tonight ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying tie against the Cheetahs of Benin Republic.
The team’s camp in Abidjan came alive on Tuesday following the arrival of majority of the invited players.
Prompt News reports that 21 players are now at the disposal of caretaker coach Augustine Eguavoen.
Two players; Stanley Nwabali and Umar Sadiq are still being expected in camp.
The three-time African champions will tackle Benin Republic at the Felix Houphet Boigny Stadium, Abidjan on Thursday.
The Super Eagles top Group D with 10 points from four matches, Benin are second on six points, while Rwanda are third having won five points.
Libya are bottom on a point. The top two teams will qualify for the 2025 AFCON to be hosted by Morocco in December 2025.
