Nollywood actor Jide Kene Achufusi has sparked excitement among fans after revealing plans to marry his partner, Ifeoma.
The film star, widely recognised for his role in Living in Bondage: Breaking Free, took to Instagram to share a photo of himself and his fiancée, simply captioning it “first look.”
His post comes shortly after he hinted at his upcoming wedding, telling fans that his “wedding bells are ringing.”
In the shared image, the actor appeared in a forest green traditional outfit, while his bride-to-be stunned in a lavender purple dress, drawing admiration from followers and colleagues.
The announcement has since attracted congratulatory messages from fans and fellow entertainers across social media.
Born Jideofor Kenechukwu Achufusi, the actor began his journey in Nollywood with minor roles in films such as Poka Messiah, Black Rose, and Pretty Little Thing before rising to prominence.

He gained wider recognition for his performance as Nnamdi Okeke in Living in Bondage: Breaking Free and also starred in Kambili: The Whole 30 Yards.
Prompt News reports his growing influence in the industry earned him the Trailblazer award at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards in 2020.
Beyond acting, Achufusi—also known as Swanky JKA—has expanded into filmmaking, recently launching a television series titled City of Dreams, which was shot in Enugu.
